Payment for my order

When and how do I pay for my order?

The payment option available for you as a Wholesale Customer is direct deposit or direct bank transfer. You have 30 days to pay your account. This time also allows the correct shipping fee to be added to your invoice before I send an updated invoice.

Shipping my order

How is shipping calculated?

When you place your order, the AFO team go into the packing room and pack your order and weigh it. From that information the shipping is calculated on the payment that Australia Posts recommends for shipping.

Why is Shipping not appearing on my order invoice?

Each order placed is packed and weighed and the accounts team at AFO will update your order/invoice and send it through with the shipping fee on the new invoice. We give you 30 days to pay your account which means that the shipping will be included when you pay your account. We appreciate you waiting for the updated invoice.

My login doesn't work

Help, my login isn’t working?

If you have registered as a wholesale customer, your login details will be in our system. If you feel that your password is not working, look for the Lost Password link on the Wholesale Login page. Click on that and enter the email address that you registered with. A password reset link will be sent to your email. (Please check your spam folder if you don’t see that email).

Check the email for your username to make sure you are also using the correct username.

Follow the prompts and reset your password, remembering to save your password before logging in with the correct username and password.

If this doesn’t work for you, please email sales@arcticfoxoptics.com.au and we will confirm your username for you.

My login didn’t work and now I am locked out, help?

If you have tried logging in more than twice (2 times) and now you are locked out, please contact us to unblock you. Once you are unblocked, please use the Lost Password reset link on the Wholesale login page and reset your password.

If you find your are locked out it is because our website security is working.
